Awaiting Works by User

Pending Tasks is a screen that lists workflow tasks assigned to the user that require action. Users can view their assigned processes and complete the necessary tasks.

Using the Pending Tasks Screen

  1. Viewing Pending Tasks:

    • Click on the Pending Tasks tab in the Workflow Management screen.
    • The screen will display a list of workflows assigned to the user.
    • The list shows each process name and the number of tasks requiring user action.

  2. Filtering and Searching Workflows:

    • Use the search bar at the top right to search for specific workflows.
    • The list can be sorted by process name or the number of tasks.

  3. Viewing Process Details:

    • Clicking on any workflow in the list opens the Process Detail Panel, displaying all pending tasks within that process.
    • The panel provides a structured view of all outstanding tasks related to the process.

  4. Viewing Previously Completed Workflows:

    • Users can access workflows they previously completed by navigating to the History > Approvals tab.
    • This section displays all completed approval processes and allows users to review details if needed.

Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization: Users can only view workflow tasks assigned to them.
  • Filtering: Workflows can be filtered and sorted based on specific criteria.
  • History Records: Users can access previously completed workflows in the History > Approvals tab.
  • The number indicator next to each process shows the number of tasks assigned to the user within that workflow.
  • The search bar allows users to quickly find specific workflows.
  • The History > Approvals tab can be used to review completed processes.
